Rose.......

An elderly couple had dinner at the home of some friends. After eating, the wives left the table and went into the kitchen. 
 
The two gentlemen were talking, and one said, 'Last week I took the wife out for our 40th anniversary, to a new restaurant a friend reccomended - it was wonderful. They had an excellent wine list, the service was top notch, and I had one of the best steaks I've had in my life!.. I recommend it very highly.'

The other man replied 'Sounds great. We've got an anniversary coming up in a few weeks, what was the name of the restaurant?'

The first man thought and thought, and finally said, 'What's the name of that flower... You know, it's red, it has thorns... It's a symbol of love...'

'Do you mean a rose?'

'Yes, that's it,' replied the man. Then he turned toward the kitchen and yelled, 'Rose, what's the name of that restaurant we went to last week?'
